Corzo Tequila

If you are into tequila, you have to try Corzo. Compared to other tequilas I've had in the past, Corzo is by far the best. It is very smooth and light on the body (as long as you don't drink the whole bottle). Corzo is best chilled with hint of lime juice. The bottle is also very attractive, it is always the talk of the party.

I really enjoyed creating this dish! This is actually a very inexpensive dish to create considering the use of imitation lobster meat. Items to use in order to make it:

Enchilada Sauce Mild & Hot ($1.75 each)

Imitation Lobster Meat ($4.25)
